Annie’s fitness experience began at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Following graduation, she worked for a short time in Cardiac Rehab as an Exercise Physiologist before finding another path in health and wellness. She began teaching fitness classes and became an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer. Annie did personal training and taught cycle and strength classes at the Northern Door Y. She’s also assisted with coaching high school Cross Country and Track and Field athletes. Annie started her personal training business so that she could continue to help others improve their lifestyles and to give them a positive training experience that is challenging and rewarding.
“My philosophy focuses on lifelong learning to enhance a balanced lifestyle in body and mind. My goal is to motivate and empower individuals in an inviting environment that is challenging and rewarding yet fun. Each of us have a different reason to exercise, whether it’s for sport performance, health reasons or to feel better. Using a functional approach to train will help clients improve balance, coordination and live freely and purposefully. I love to see clients improve over each session as they work to achieve their goals. Life is an adventure full of continual improvement-let me help cultivate your fitness path!”
